Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer box and protective pouch to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
